Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management solution, which will grant you complete authority over your e-mailbox accounts and e-mail newsletters. Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted emails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific e-mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtering your incoming email messages according to specific criteria specified by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can easily set up an e-mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and specify the filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming emails from one email box account to another, or even to a number of other electronic mail accounts. Simply specify the mailbox you wish to redirect mail messages from, then specify the destination e-mail box and select if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your choice to access your email boxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you wish to set up on your PC or mobile device and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new electronic mail account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple email box accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to easily create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
